  1. chaotic week: deliver the report by thursday, call the accountant, buy my mom's gift (birthday on the 14th) and book the car service
  2. Sorted into 4:
📝 Report: Thu (deadline). Want it split into steps?
📞 Call the accountant: today 2:00 PM?
🎁 Mom's gift: by the 12th, so it arrives before the 14th
🚗 Car service: no deadline; I'll ask you Friday
    Anything missing?
  3. perfect. the accountant can be tomorrow
  4. Moved to tomorrow 2:00 PM. Today's summary: just the report, step 1 ("pull the numbers") at 10:00 AM. Let's go? ☀️

Why it works

  • Dump it all

A wall of text or a 2-minute voice note. She splits it into tasks, appointments and routines.

  • Deadline, person, priority

Every item comes out with what matters: when, with whom, what to do first.

  • Morning summary

One message a day with what's coming and what slipped. You start the day knowing.

  • Real follow-up

An unanswered reminder comes back. "Done", "tomorrow" or "cancel": she gets it.

How it works

  1. Say "hi" to Sofia on WhatsApp.
  2. Dump your week: text or voice, your way.
  3. Confirm or tweak what she organized.
  4. Get the summary every morning and answer the reminders.

Is there a personal assistant on WhatsApp?

Yes. Sofia, the ASB assistant, lives on WhatsApp: you send text or a voice note with what is on your mind, and she sorts it into tasks, appointments, routines and reminders, asks what is missing and nudges you at the right time. What sets her apart is what happens after the message.

Conversational chatbot

Usually answers questions and writes text. Good for clearing up a doubt. But the conversation ends when you close it: it does not keep your to-dos as a list, does not pick deadlines and does not come back to you.

Assistant that organizes

You dump your week and get the items back with deadline, person and what to do first. Then she returns: a morning summary, a reminder on time, a follow-up if you ignore it.

What does she do day to day?

When you send "chaotic week: deliver the report by Thursday, call the accountant, buy my mom's gift and book the car service", Sofia returns four organized items, suggests breaking the report into steps and proposes times. You fix what does not fit ("the accountant can be tomorrow") and she adjusts.

  1. Say "hi" to Sofia on WhatsApp.
  2. Dump your week: text or voice, your way.
  3. Confirm or tweak what she organized.
  4. Get the summary every morning and answer the reminders.

Why does dumping everything into a chat work?

Because what weighs on you is not doing, it is carrying. Holding twenty loose to-dos in your head is more tiring than much of what you actually do, and that explains ending the day exhausted without having done anything, as in mental load. Getting it out of your head and into a place that comes back to you is what people call an external brain.

How is this different from a to-do list?

A list waits for you to open it. The conversation comes to you: an unanswered reminder returns, and you settle it with "done", "tomorrow" or "cancel". If you have tried three apps and dropped all of them, the difference is that there is no new place to remember to visit. The reasons are in why your to-do list does not work.

What does Sofia not do?

She does not call you, does not send SMS, does not access your Google Calendar, does not integrate with other apps and is not a doctor. She lives on WhatsApp and Discord, has a web app and looks after tasks, appointments, routines and reminders. That is the scope, and it is deliberate.

I have ADHD and I abandoned every organizing app I installed. I built ASB so the organizing happens in the conversation I already open every day.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a personal assistant on WhatsApp?

Yes. Sofia, from ASB, lives on WhatsApp: you send text or a voice note with what is on your mind and she organizes it into tasks, appointments, routines and reminders. She also sends a summary every morning and follows up when you do not reply.

What does Sofia's personal assistant do?

She creates tasks with deadlines, books appointments, builds routines and schedules reminders from what you write or say. She asks what is missing, sends the morning summary and follows up if you ignore her. There is also a web app and XP for each finished task.

Can I send voice notes?

Yes. A 2-minute voice note dumping your week works: Sofia transcribes it and sorts what is a task, an appointment or a routine. You check what she organized and adjust.

How is it different from an ordinary chatbot?

A conversational chatbot answers questions. Sofia keeps what you send, organizes it with deadline and priority and comes back to you at the right time. The difference is the follow-up after the message.

Does Sofia access my Google Calendar or other apps?

No. She does not access your Google Calendar or integrate with other apps, and she does not call you or send SMS. Everything happens in messages on WhatsApp and Discord, plus the web app.
